Omar was great. Fully detailed on how the layout would be set into position. Explained the need for necessary procedures. Professional & knowledgeable, he seemed to have a good idea of what was needed. I was quoted: 400 sqft of sod $4,000, requires 12 heads, $5,000 in sprinklers.
I use AI for pricing and it usually comes close, to restore two (2) homes. Even a little higher at times.
But as for sprinklers... I have gotten a few estimates from local companies, and the pricing is coming up about twice the amount than what AI is saying. My search continues.
When estimating sprinkler pricing in Albuquerque, AI models like Gemini or specialized construction software process a mix of geographic data and local market trends to generate a figure.
